Christmas Vacation Part I - Keystone, CO

We took an amazing family vacation to Keystone, Colorado. Dave and I enjoyed skiing the days away and taking Savannah in the snow. Dave says she has to learn skiing first before she is allowed to snowboard.
My little jailbirds!

Savannah loved the snow!

Christmas decorations are so much better in cold weather.

Savannah discovered pockets in her coat!

Hot Cocoa break.
We took a ride into Denver to visit my Uncle Randy and Aunt Fern. We had fun catching up!

Rudolph the red-nosed ice sculpture!

Ice skating on the lake at Keystone.

Riding in the Gondola up to the top for another fun day of skiing!

Keystone has night skiing, so Dave took these photos while he was hitting the slopes at dusk.

Sunset on the mountain top.
My cousin Danette joined us for a day on the mountain.

Sam and Danette striking a pose.

This was all made of solid chocolate! Yum!
Santa and his reindeer. We didn't ask him which one it was.

Sam showing off a little on the green runs.

The view from our condo. We hope to return many more times. Maybe next year Savannah will be skiing with us!
